Patrick Cunningham was raised around construction. His father was a General Contractor in Scotland, where he was born.

They then moved to London, England and soon had had over twenty Projects, mostly from the high end market, working as a junior partner of his late father’s Contracting Firm that worked closely with London based architects across the city.

He learned the value of building real relationships with the clients and always doing that bit more than the expected product.

He later learned the sales and marketing process, as well as learning administration, public speaking, management of personnel, etc. All pf these skills have been very useful in dealing with the construction industry today.

Today, he serves contractors, sub-contractors and various specialists, such as water filter system designers and installation, Steel/wood and glass panel staircase designers and fabricators, roofing companies, window & door manufacturers, plumbing supply companies, such as Fergusson. Kitchen designers, both custom and semi-custom. Flooring companies, Audio/sound companies.

In short, anything to do with making a home a product as designed but always better than expected!
